To ensure the seamless execution of creative concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets that align with brand standards and technical specifications. The Production Designer plays a critical role in bridging creative vision and final output, enabling efficient workflows and consistent visual communication across all media.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design Execution: Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across print, digital, and environmental formats.
+ File Preparation: Ensure all design files meet technical specifications for output (e.g., color profiles, bleed, resolution).
+ Quality Control: Review and proof assets for accuracy, brand alignment, and production feasibility.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with creative managers, designers, copywriters, and vendors to deliver high-quality outputs.
+ Asset Management: Organize and archive final assets in accordance with team standards and naming conventions.

+ Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), prepress tools, and digital production platforms.
+ Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
+ Problem Solving: Resourcefulness in resolving production challenges and optimizing workflows.
+ Communication: Clear and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.
+ Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

+ Efficiency: Turnaround time per asset/project
+ Compliance: Adherence to brand guidelines and production specs
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
