Pay Rate:

+ English: $17/hr

+ Bilingual (Spanish): $18.50/hr

Schedule

+ Training (First 30 Days): 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site)

+ Post-Training Hybrid Shifts:

+ 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

+ 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

+ (based on performance, attendance, and quality)

•️ Note: No time off during the first 6 weeks.

What You’ll Do

+ Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily (average 11–14 minutes each).

+ Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance questions.

+ Resolve inquiries about payments and coverage.

+ Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls.

+ Deliver fast, accurate, and professional solutions.

• Must-Have Skills

+ 1+ year of recent customer service experience (call center preferred, admin/front desk considered).

+ Typing speed: 35 WPM minimum.

+ Strong verbal & written communication.

+ Comfortable using Windows PC systems.

+ Reliable internet connection & transportation.

Nice-to-Have

+ 2+ years of call center experience.

+ Experience in insurance or mortgage servicing.

• Disqualifiers

+ No recent call center/admin experience.

+ No internet connection (unless fully in-office).

+ Poor communication skills.

+ Needing time off in first 4 weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
