Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: The Asset Management Coordinator performs a critical role within the Allegis IS organization, working within the North American IS equipment and logistics center. The Coordinator performs one or more of the following Logistics functions: receiving, inventory, sorting and picking, and shipping for all PCs / laptops (and peripherals) and network infrastructure equipment, using ServiceNow and CG4 as systems of record for all Logistics functions. The coordinator works in a highly dynamic environment, supplying Allegis associates across North America with the IT assets required to do their jobs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Maintain organized resource and hardware storage room(s). Track, store and quickly retrieve, upon request, all provided resources and hardware items. • Coordinate the receiving and movement of assets and equipment to client facilities, as necessary. • Perform various related inventory tasks such as tracking, monitoring and accounting of inventory quantities (physical count). • Maintain ticket record keeping in an asset management database. Log new equipment and assets; update statuses, record location, user associations, repair and track for end-of-life deadlines. • Document, update and close tickets. • Track / manage returns of outstanding PC equipment to the Logistics Center from terminated associates; follow recovery procedures and escalate appropriate. • Working with IT Security team, follow agreed procedures to recover lost/stolen PC assets. • Maintain, secure and reconcile physical inventory and associated digital records re: internal transfers, customer transactions, and shipments. • Picking inventory for orders received. Update and maintenance of the product inventory database, with periodic reconciliation to physical count. • Receive and organize inventory received from a Purchase Orders and returned facility equipment. • Perform all work duties according to SLA commitments to Allegis Operating Companies Skills and Abilities • Clear verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish assigned task. • Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and Service Request systems preferred • Experience receiving and organizing inventory received from a Purchase Orders and returned facility equipment. • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and, occasionally, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Core Competencies These seven competencies define core behaviors and skills that will enable employees to achieve business goals today and meet the needs of our business tomorrow. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.04 - $25.00/hr.
