Temporary HR Training Support Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated HR Training Support Specialist (Temp) to join our team and help streamline training documentation and support initiatives across departments. This role is not focused on direct training delivery, but instead plays a key part in ensuring our training materials and processes are accurate, consistent, and effective.

What You’ll Do

+ ✍️ Create and update MS Desktop Procedures using Shelf to keep documentation current and accessible.

+ Partner with the HR Training team and cross-department stakeholders to ensure training materials flow seamlessly across different modules.

+ Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new training initiatives during designated project times.

+ Review incoming requests for updates to Shelf documents, collaborating with supervisors to identify gaps and strengthen staff development resources.

+ Apply advanced knowledge of curriculum development and decision tree processes to improve training effectiveness.

+ Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create professional, user-friendly training materials.

What We’re Looking For

+ 2–4 years of training experience, ideally in a corporate environment.

+ Strong expereince in developing and supporting training materials.

+ Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Preferred experience with Shelf software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

+ Ability to facilitate soft skills-related content (preferred).

+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Experience Level

Intermediate – ideal for someone with a solid foundation in training support who’s ready to make an impact quickly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
