    First International Bank and Trust is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator, to serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on expert for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Service Cloud. You-ll drive platform innovation, ensure data integrity, and empower cross-functional teams with scalable solutions that support long-term growth.

     

    Compensation --- $95,000 - $135,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead administration and optimization of Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud.

    + Drive platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature rollouts.

    + Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and maintain the Salesforce roadmap.

    + Design scalable solutions aligned with banking systems and digital products.

    + Ensure data integrity and maintain Salesforce as the Single Source of Truth (SSoT).

    + Support agile project planning and participate in sprint ceremonies.

    + Promote adoption through training, enablement, and stakeholder engagement.

    + Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports.

    + Evaluate new Salesforce features to enhance user experience.

    + Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

    Qualifications:

    + Associate-s degree or equivalent experience in banking, marketing, or computer science preferred.

    + 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience.

    + Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Admin or other certifications preferred.

    + Experience with data tools (DemandTools, Data Loader) and third-party integrations (Appexchange, Mulesoft).

    + Familiarity with Azure DevOps, data architecture, and system integrations.

    + Strong strategic thinking, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.

    + Agile project management experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
