Job Title: Design Support

Type: Contract

Compensation: $28.00 - $30.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid

Hours: 7am to 3:30pm, with a slight variation of 7:30am to 4pm if needed. Mondays and Fridays are in office, while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday offer a hybrid schedule

System One is currently seeking a Design Support on a 6 month contract position located in Eau Claire, WI.

Design Support Responsibilities:

+ This role involves a lot of data entry, communication with internal and external customers, and working with limited supervision within a small team.

+ Will use various software, including Microsoft 365, outlook, Adobe, and Excel, to respond to customer needs and work with several internal departments to get projects started and completed.

+ Work closely with two other individuals on the process and may interact with up to 100 designers, helping build packets, track payments, and manage service installations.

Design Support Requirements:

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Attention to detail and self-motivation

+ Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus

+ Background in design, business or accounting is beneficial

+ Knowledge of specific systems like Smallworld for mapping and design systems is a preferred
