Overview:
The Home Office Real Estate Division is seeking a highly organized and experienced real estate transaction manager to oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to completion within a designated portion of the firm's real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple cross functional stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring that real estate transactions are completely efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal requirements and EDJ company standards.
What you will do:
+ Provide comprehensive oversight of real estate lease transaction from inception to completion ensuring timely negotiation of transactions and achievement of desired lease terms.
+ Advise stakeholders on matters requiring in depth knowledge of real estate industry, related cross-functional processes, and display a high capacity for independent decision making.
+ Negotiate a broad range of real estate transactions including new leases, renewals, terminations, etc., including comprehensive lease document preparation and negotiation.
+ Manage all aspects of real estate transaction timeline, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed in accordance with set deadlines
+ Oversee accurate and timely administration of existing leases by influencing proper lease administration protocols and execution.
+ Communicate and set expectations related to the transactions process to stakeholders at all levels of the firm (including senior leadership) in a comprehensive and easily digestible manner.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for all parties related to transaction facilitating clear and effective communication, while providing regular status updates to applicable parties and addressing questions or concerns promptly. Including communications with senior firm leaders.
+ Deliver exceptional customer service experience for all stakeholders while adhering to internal guidelines and ensuring desired outcomes for the firm.
+ Cross-functional leadership skills and ability to coordinate and provide alignment across multiple service lines working alongside both internal stakeholders and vendors.
+ Strong organizational skills in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
+ Strong understanding of key commercial lease and legal terms with ability to effectively communicate negotiated terms into lease and legal documents

What could set you apart:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field
+ Additional experience in facility management, property management and/or lease administration
+ In house corporate real estate experience
+ 11-14 years of real estate industry experience
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our St. Louis, MO home office location are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
