Are you agrowth-focused sales professional with a passion for building strong customerpartnerships and driving commercial success? Lionbridge is seeking a motivated **EnterpriseAccount Executive** to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’llown the full sales cycle—identifying new opportunities, expanding wallet sharewithin key accounts, and introducing innovative, tech-forward solutions thatsolve complex customer challenges.
You’ll workcross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to educatebuyers, shape solutions, and close deals. Your expertise and energy will becritical to supporting our growth across high-impact industries including tech,life sciences, gaming, AI, and data-driven services.
What You Will Do
+ Proactively engage prospective and current enterprise customers to understand their needs and position Lionbridge’s capabilities as impactful solutions.
+ Own a defined book of business and consistently build pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship expansion.
+ Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with client objectives.
+ Drive upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying new buying centers and expansion opportunities within accounts.
+ Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, solutions, and operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
+ Leverage market and industry insights to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of customer trends.
+ Provide accurate forecasts and sales reporting, contributing to strategic planning and revenue goals.
+ Represent Lionbridge as a trusted partner—always with professionalism, credibility, and commercial acumen.
To Be SuccessfulYou Will Have
+ A proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, with consistent quota attainment and pipeline ownership.
+ Strong prospecting abilities and the drive to engage new buyers and uncover net-new opportunities.
+ Experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing diverse stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and client-first approach.
+ A collaborative, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
+ Experience working with tools such as Salesforce and sales enablement platforms to drive productivity.
+ A high level of initiative, adaptability, and intellectual curiosity.
+ Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
