Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
+ 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).
+ 3 years of experience in online advertising with focus on retail, including launching consumer-facing shopping ads or retail media products.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
+ Experience in product design with a focus on user experience and research.
+ Experience in developing Internet products and technologies.
+ Understanding of online advertising or creator economy.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

At YouTube, growing Brand deals is fundamental to offering the highest quality content and ensuring that we continue to attract the best creators. They supplement Ads business share, deliver more authentic brand storytelling, and boost ad performance. Our team’s mission is to empower Brands and Creators to form meaningful partnerships, making it easy to connect and collaborate on sponsored content on YouTube. We are building global solutions that span the entire brand deal journey.
In this role, you will help integrate creator content, unlocking earning opportunities for millions of creators around the world. You will build products at the intersection of Creators, Brands, and YouTube users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Lead the goal for enabling Creators and Brands to engage in direct businesses and delight YouTube users with a more integrated experience that helps them discover products.
+ Lead a fully funded product that is a key YouTube level priority launch planned for next year.
+ Work with multiple Product Areas and lead/author Product Strategy, PRDs and roadmaps, which includes driving development and secure buy-in for a product goal that supports the overall product narrative and direction.
+ Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business growth).
+ Lead the processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product or business metrics, for new or existing products or business ventures.
