Responsibilities
+ You will design, build, and ship member‑facing iOS features across LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn, and Talent iOS (Recruiter) apps, ensuring performance, accessibility, and reliability at scale.
+ You will own the full stack for your features: craft elegant native experiences in Swift (SwiftUI/UIKit) and integrate with backend services using GraphQL and gRPC.
+ You will define and evolve data contracts, design service endpoints, and ensure secure, resilient client–server flows.
+ You will collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Design, and platform teams to deliver impactful learning and recruiting experiences quickly and safely.
+ You will raise the bar on quality through thoughtful architecture, automated testing (XCTest/XCUITest), and continuous delivery practices.
+ You will mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives, providing guidance on design decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
+ You will champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring features meet or exceed WCAG standards and platform guidelines.
+ You will contribute to platform health by improving modularity, reducing tech debt, and driving reliability metrics (crash‑free sessions, app performance).
+ You will participate in incident response and post‑mortems, helping define preventative guardrails and operational playbooks.
Basic Qualifications
+ BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
+ 2+ years of industry experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.
+ 2+ years programming experience in languages such as Java, Python, Javascript, C/C++, C#, Objective-C, Ruby, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
+ BS and 5+ years of relevant work experience, MS and 4+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant work experience.

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $206,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
