This position is 15 Weekly hours
Monday- 8-12
Tuesday 12-6
Wednesday 8-12
*Weekend rotation- every 3rd week

Health Screener–St. Anne Hospital
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Health Screener greets, screens and asks health related questions to all individuals, including employees, patients, and visitors. This role is key to ensuring that screenings are executed in a location that is safe and compliant.
Essential Job Functions
+ Explains to all personnel the purpose of the screening.
+ Provides pre-screen activities and monitors all individuals.
+ Practices appropriate health and safety protocols in accordance with organizational guidance.
+ Follows all requirements related to personal protective equipment, cleaning of work station, and compliance practices.
+ Complies with HIPAA guidelines at all time.
+ Safely dispose of all disposable PPE including single use items such as gloves; and manage all clinical waste and ensure it is disposed of properly.
+ Adheres to all standards and policies of the organization.
+ Demonstrates behavior consistent with the mission and core values of the organization.
