    Responsibilities

    This is for a 3rd shift position (11:00 PM -7:30 AM) in the Thermoforming QA department

    + Communicate quality issues discovered to other shifts

    + Fill out the Quality Assurance Daily report

    + Perform a resin check of the molding floor

    + Check cycle times of molding machines that are running

    + Pick up a complete shot of parts off of each molding press that is running

    + Cool parts in the QA lab

    + Check the colors using the Densitomer, color chips and signed samples from marketin

    + Check the jobs on the molding floor and document findings

    + Size and weigh molding parts and document findings

    + Notify molders and QA shift lead/Group lead/Supervisor/Manager of defects and size problems on molded parts

    + Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    + High School education or equivalent

    + Good color perception

    + Self-motivated

    + Good organizational, math and communication skills

    + Previous QA experience preferred
