Sr. Business Analyst

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified **Sr. Business Analyst** with 10+ years’ experience developing and building high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. Roles/Responsibilities:

• Conduct Interviews with the stakeholders and document requirements as user stories.

• Perform extensive quality testing of Mobile and Web applications and document evidence.

• Provide quality sign off on releases and manage the development backlog.

• Lead/mentor other testers in the team and manage their deliverables

• Conduct daily standup meetings

• Performance research and data analysis on the clinical data from various source systems and identifies any inaccuracies

• Manage application development sprints

Required Qualifications:

• More than 9 years experience working with complex/multi-tiered application systems

• More than 5 years experience as a senior quality assurance engineer

• 3 to 5 years experience as a business systems analyst

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a project manager/scrum master is a plus

• 1 to 2 years experience with testing mobile applications is a must

• Experience with Jira and Confluence applications is preferred

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

The annual salary for this position is between $ 68,422- 114,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
