Genesys Developer

Responsibilities

Design and develop IVR applications using Genesys Composer, VoiceXML, and SCXML.

Build and maintain routing strategies using Orchestration Server (ORS).

Integrate Genesys with third-party systems (CRM, WFM, databases) using REST APIs, SOAP, and custom Java/.NET code.

5+ years of experience with Genesys Enagage platform.

Strong understanding of IVR technologies, telephony systems, and contact center operations.

Experience with GVP, SCXML, VoiceXML, CCXML, and GML scripting.

Proficiency in Java, .NET, or JavaScript for backend logic and integrations.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 11/28/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 64,000– $ 130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
