About the role
As a **QA Automation Analyst** , you will make an impact by designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to drive automation excellence.
In this role, you will:
+ Develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for functional and API testing.
+ Lead test automation efforts, advocate best practices, and identify process improvements.
+ Build and manage QA pipelines leveraging CI/CD concepts for seamless integration.
+ Plan and execute tests covering functional, integration, compatibility, and regression needs.
+ Collaborate across multiple teams to understand complex business processes and deliver quality solutions.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a **hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite in Dallas, TX** . What you need to have to be considered
+ 3–5 years of experience in automation framework design, script development, and maintenance.
+ Hands-on experience with **Playwright** using JavaScript or TypeScript.
+ Strong knowledge of API automation using **Rest Assured** and API functional testing with **Postman** .
+ Proven experience in building QA pipelines using **CI/CD** concepts.
+ Expertise in integration testing, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools like **qTest** .
These will help you stand out
+ Experience with **Azure Cloud** .
+ Retail domain knowledge (Order Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Payment systems, Sales).
+ Exposure to **Generative AI** and **Agentic AI** concepts.
