The successful candidate will help teams be more efficient, and ensure processes scale appropriately with the company. The company offers a great work environment! Sr. Technical Program Manager Responsibilities: * Interact one-to-one with individual technical contributors, senior leaders, as well as coaching teams. * Help operations teams go from fighting fires to avoiding them. * Manage resource planning. * Planning: Collaborate with Data Infra TLs to develop a strategy including setting short and long term goals for Open house migration. * Execution: Organize effort to bring cross-functional teams to deliver against milestones for Openhouse. * Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate on progress, plans and risks to various stakeholders. Sr. Technical Program Manager Qualifications: * 6+ years of program management experience in an Operations or Technical space. * B.S./B.A. in a technical field. * Cloud or infrastructure experience. * Effective Program management and communication skills. * Direct experience with agile methods and practices with multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban) is preferred. * An advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life cycle of large-scale programs and projects is preferred. * Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects is preferred. #PP
