Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager 16252 * Hourly pay: $60-$75/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location) * Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (New York, NY 10118 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 8 Month Assignment A leading professional networking company seeks a Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager. The successful candidate will focus on accelerating commercial model development for new offerings, automation, and AI adoption. The company offers a great work environment! Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager Responsibilities: * Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to ensure these initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable impact. * Serve as a hands-on driver for monetization strategy initiatives, from planning through implementation. * Program manage key commercial model initiatives, coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and alignment. * Support adoption and rollout of commercial programs and incentive changes. * Build frameworks, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of commercial model initiatives. Monetization Strategy & Commercial Program Manager Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in Pricing, Program/Project Management, Monetization, or Business Operations in a consumer tech, social media, advertising, or similar environment. * BA/BS degree. * Experience with commercial model design and execution (pricing, incentives, packages/offers) is preferred. * Experience communicating with senior leaders and engaging field sales teams is preferred. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. * Comfort working in ambiguous environments and developing creative solutions under tight timelines is preferred. * Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, and analytics/reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) is preferred. #PP
