The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper, P.A. is seeking an Office Services Clerk. Applicants should have between 2+ years experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment. Duties to include, but not limited to:

+ Sorting, distribution and processing of mail and faxes

+ Office copying and scanning

+ Order and stock supplies; monitor inventory and place supply orders

+ Download and profile electronic files and CDs

+ Management of closed file storage

+ Conference room set up and tear down

+ Assist with moving boxes, equipment and inter-office moves

+ Prepare offices and workstations for new hires

+ Answer phones and provide over-flow support as needed
