    Modality: Social Worker

     

    Local Pay Rate:$ 45

     

    Grade Level: Pre-K through 12th

     

    Caseload: Approximately 30 students

     

    Additional Support: Two full-time social workers and a BCBA assigned tothe building

     

    End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

     

    Daily Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM

    Breaks/Planning Time:

    + 30-minute unpaid duty-free lunch

    + 200 minutes of paid planning time per week

    Responsibilities

    + Provide social work services to students across grade levels

    + Collaborate with other social workers and BCBA for student support

    + Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral and emotional support strategies

    + Engage families and coordinate resources as needed

     

    Interview Process

     

    + Initial screening interview with Assistant Director (virtual or in-person)

    + Second interview and school tour with Program Administrator (in-person)

     

    District Onboarding Requirements

     

    + Standard SWCCCASE onboarding:

    + Two completed reference checks

    + Physical examination

    + Other standard school requirements
