Modality: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay Rate: $75/hour

Setting: Educational Services (ES)

Role Overview:

The BCBA provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, anddevelops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academicand behavioral deficits. This role acts as a clinical teacher who educates,observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioralservice delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements

+ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

+ Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field

+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

+ Minimum of one (1) year pediatric experience (preferred)

+ Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

General Comments

+ Supervision over 3 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
