Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Overview
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services for elementary students (K–5). The SLP will conduct evaluations, deliver therapy, and document services in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders. This role is essential in supporting students’ communication skills and academic success through collaboration with educators, families, and school staff.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform student evaluations and assessments.
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
+ Provide direct speech and language therapy services.
+ Document all services accurately and in compliance with district and state guidelines.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress.
Minimum Requirements
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Wisconsin (DPI certification required).
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
+ Compliance with professional standards of practice.
+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).
+ TB screening and health certificate (as required by contract/state).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
