We are a leading creative production company working with top brands within e-commerce photography. Our fast-paced studio in the Los Angeles Arts District handles high-volume imagery with precision and efficiency. We’re looking for a Digital Imaging Specialist to join our team of highly skilled, collaborative creative professionals. The role is based onsite.
About the Role:
As a Digital Imaging Specialist, dedicated to one of Industrial Color’s largest e-commerce clients, you will be responsible for color correcting images and managing digital assets through the production workflow. Your keen eye for color accuracy, expertise in digital & post processes, and exceptional organizational skills will be critical to maintaining the high-quality standards our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform color correction of e-commerce images against physical samples. Ensure color accuracy and consistency of similar colors across product collections & alternate sizes.
+ Quality control all assets before they are delivered to the client, ensuring all assets meet client specifications - upwards of thousands of images per month.
+ Traffic files for offshore retouching, and manage assets through various internal & creative approvals.
+ Oversee pipeline of assets requiring color correction, to ensure we meet all necessary image deadlines.
+ Collaborate with photographers and digital techs to maintain image quality through consistent lighting, digital processes and on set capture tools.
+ Ensure file naming, metadata and asset storage follow established protocols.
+ Collaborate closely with photographers, retouchers, and production teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
+ Troubleshoot any file management or digital workflow issues.
+ Maintain an extremely meticulous and disciplined approach to workflow and asset handling.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in post-production workflows, color correction, and digital asset management
+ Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One, and other industry-standard post-production tools
+ Exceptional eye for color accuracy (high score on a color test required)
+ Experience working in high-volume e-commerce or commercial photography environments
+ Strong organizational skills with a knack for file management and meticulous workflow execution
+ Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio setting
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
This is an onsite position based in our Los Angeles Studios.
