    A little about the position:

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join our IT Operations & Security team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable network infrastructure across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zscaler deployment and administration, as well as strong expertise in Cisco and Meraki networking technologies.

    Some of What You Will Do:

    + Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud-based networking.

    + Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.

    + Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and Meraki wireless access points, switches, and SD-WAN appliances.

    + Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

    + Implement network security best practices, including segmentation, access control, and threat prevention.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cloud integration initiatives.

    + Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.

    + Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance network efficiency and security.

     

    What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role.

    + Proven experience with Zscaler deployment, configuration, and administration.

    + Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (CCNA/CCNP preferred).

    + Hands-on experience with Meraki dashboard management, wireless deployments, and SD-WAN.

    + Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, etc.).

    + Knowledge of network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible).

    + Certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), Cisco CCNP, or Meraki CMNA.

    Status: Full-time

     

    Salary Range: $110,000-$136,000 annual salary

     

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.

     

    Bonus: MIB Tier 4, 7.5% of base pay
