Job Summary
The L’Oréal Paris US Brand Image & Experience team oversees the strategic leadership and execution of total brand initiatives and serves as the operational Center of Excellence governing brand engagement across category activations.
The team is looking for a dynamic, creative, consumer centric marketer to support the full brand engagement ecosystem with responsibility for brand tentpoles, fostering meaningful influencer relationships and driving brand love through events, PR, talent partnerships and social strategies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Tentpole Events Management: Support the planning and execution of major brand activations such as Women of Worth, Le Défilé, The Oscars, Stand Up and more.
+ Influencer Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end execution of paid and earned influencer campaigns, including strategy development, influencer selection, content creation, and performance reporting.
+ Relationship Management (Mid-Tier/Macro Influencers): Build and maintain relationships with mid-tier and macro-influencers. Negotiate contracts and oversee long-term partnerships.
+ Budget Management & Reporting: Manage the influencer marketing budget, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports. Analyze campaign performance data and provide ROI optimization insights.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated influencer marketing campaigns. Collaborate with category marketing, legal, and outside agencies.
+ Content Strategy & Development: Oversee the development and adaptation of brand content, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and legal compliance. Provide strategic guidance to influencers on content creation.
+ Advocacy Program Management: Develop and manage always-on brand advocate seeding programs, overseeing seeding agencies, fulfillment, and creative execution.
Job Requirements
+ 5+ years’ experience across Marketing, Brand Equity, Influencer and/or PR/communications with either an agency or in-house, excluding internships. Experience in beauty communications a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field
+ Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Well-versed in the influencer space, including familiar with key talent and content trends
+ In-depth knowledge and experience with all major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, SnapChat and emerging platforms
+ Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
+ Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and cosmetic industry
+ Strong relationship with creators and management teams
+ Strong understanding of events and budget management
+ Ability to prioritize and multi-task
+ Ability to analyze data in terms of conversion and content performance
+ Experience with negotiation and managing vendors and partners
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel + data analysis platforms like Google Analytics.
+ Ability to travel when needed
