+ Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive decision-making.
+ Serve as a liaison between VPs and internal/external stakeholders.
+ Support special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Who You Are:
You’re not just an assistant—you’re a strategic partner. You thrive in fast-paced environments, make sound decisions under pressure, and communicate with clarity and confidence. You understand business priorities and can pivot quickly when plans change.
What You've Accomplished:
+ 4-10+ years of experience as an executive assistant or relevant administrative function
+ 3–5 years of experience in project/program management or executive support within the technology sector.
+ Proven ability to manage complex calendars and prioritize competing demands.
+ Strong business acumen and judgment to identify what’s critical for executive focus.
+ Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and building relationships with senior leaders.
+ Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Pega Offers You:
+ A rapidly growing yet well-established business.
+ The world’s most innovative organizations as referenceable clients.
+ Analyst-acclaimed technology leadership in a massive emerging market.
