    Position Overview:

    The Executive Assistant will work closely with the senior vice president to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support.

    Responsibilities:

    + Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including scheduling conferences, making appointments, and coordinating meetings.

    + Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.

    + Answer phones, respond to emails, and order office supplies.

    + Manage meeting logistics. Greet and escort visitors.

    + Flag important communications for follow-up.

    + Maintain close coordination with fellow executive assistants.

    + Track relevant content in Salesforce and other organization tools.

    + Provide other administrative duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting executive-level staff.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

     

    The salary range for this position is $81,066.00 to $90,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
