    We are looking for a Test Engineer to support our Advanced Technology Software Engineering Team. As a member of the Software Engineering department you'll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside physicists, superconducting foundry engineers, and software engineers to make our technologies a reality. This position will serve on-site at Advanced Technology Laboratory (ATL) in Linthicum, MD.

    Responsibilities:

    • Stand-up software test architecture for a legacy COTS application

    • Collaborate with developers, SM, and PO's to identify critical tests

    • Write and perform all tests to ensure quality software products prior to software release

    Basic Qualifications for UI/UX Engineer:

    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience

    • Working knowledge in one of the following languages: C++, Winforms

    • Experience in developing unit tests, refactoring code, and smoke tests

    • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

    • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.

    Preferred Qualifications for UI/UX Engineer:

    • Experienced in creating and deploying a test architecture for legacy applications

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

    • Utilized Atlassian software suite

    • Experience working within an agile scrum framework
