    The Sr. Analyst role in Deliver E2E Integration is a dynamic and creative role that drives application of innovative best practices & develops data forward solutions/projects that shape the way Innovative Medicine delivers to it patients, customers, and partners. We connect to the complete Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) to gain and develop insights. In this role, the Senior Analyst is empowered to lead the E2E team partners throughout Deliver and IMSC to creatively explore and identify current or future need states and provides solutions that implement SC best practice processes, improve supply chain agility, and/or J&J Innovative Medicine efficiency. We are critical in supporting deliver business operations, long-range portfolio decision-making, and orchestrating Deliver projects.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Advance Deliver capabilities (people, process, technology) across NA Deliverand prioritize and lead areas that will enable operations value, support product lifecycle management, shape operational tools, and improve the customer experience

    + Partner with global & regional IMSC teams to develop data tools and standards of excellence; this includes often leading data projects and shaping the broader global strategy

    + Investigate operational challenges, using data to develop ad-hoc solutions and highlight outcomes through data storytelling

    + Support E2E Integrated Business Plan (IBP)/ forecast processes and models

    + Create meaningful data insights and models around Deliver Distribution Center (DC)Labor capacity

    + Develop and lead NA Deliver metric reporting capabilities, working with tiered performance framework with DC, Transport, and customer service/channel operations partners

    + Perform trainings and support Deliver partners to improve J&J service to the customer

    + Deploy Democratized / Shared data warehousing solutions that link Deliver tools & empower insight development

    + Support and drive projects that can enhance Deliver management of new product introductions, changes, lifecycle changes, etc.

    + Facilitate business case definitions and metric result presentations as required

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION:

    + Minimum of Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree is preferred

    EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

    Required:

    + Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience

    + Supply Chain / Logistics experience (preferably multi-pillar experience, i.e., Plan, Source, Make, Deliver)

    + Experience participating in and/or leading projects, with the demonstrated ability to lead initiatives without direct authority (PMP, FPX, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred)

    + Proficiency with data ad-hoc work (Excel)

    + Proficient / Advanced experience and hands-on development/building with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

    + Knowledge or experience with data transformation and/or hosting tools (e.g., Alteryx, MS Fabric/Azure, etc.)

    + Proven problem solving and analytical skills

    + Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate to reach a desired result

    + Strong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the organization, as well as both internally and externally

    Preferred:

    + Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore areas of the business previously overlooked

    + Experience, training, or certification in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies

    + Experience in SQL, Python, or equivalent technical capabilities

    + Ability to work independently and take ownership for results and to and challenge the norm

    OTHER:

    + May require up to 10% domestic travel

    + Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $94,000 to $151,800

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
