The Senior Director of Supply Chain Logistic Transformation will lead the design, development, and optimization of our logistics network within the governance framework of the **Deliver Transformation Office** . This pivotal role demands a forward-thinking visionary with deep expertise in supply chain architecture, transportation, and distribution management. You will be responsible for shaping a resilient, scalable, and cost-efficient network that supports the company's growth ambitions while elevating customer service and operational excellence.
Leveraging advanced data analytics, industry insights, and innovative technology, this role will drive strategic initiatives that transform our logistics operations into a competitive advantage—especially during major organizational changes or spin-offs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design & Optimization
+ Lead the development and refinement of a comprehensive global logistics network.
+ Drive the implementation of strategic projects and design principles that adapt to fluctuating market conditions, emerging customer needs, and technological advancements.
PMO Oversight & Governance
+ Provide direct responsibility for program management methodologies, governance, and escalation processes.
+ Ensure alignment of project milestones with business outcomes through structured PMO oversight.
+ As the lead of the Deliver Transformation Office, maintain governance standards and reporting consistency.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
+ Establish advanced KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate efficiency, service quality, cost metrics, and sustainability targets.
+ Utilize data analytics, modeling, and simulation tools to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance network performance.
Resource Planning & Efficiency
+ Oversee resource planning, FTE validation, and efficiency initiatives to optimize workforce allocation and productivity.
Cost Management & Financial Governance
+ Develop and manage budgets related to transformation, expansion, reconfiguration, and technology investments.
+ Drive financial governance and funding strategies in partnership with Finance.
+ Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining or improving service standards.
Technology & Innovation Integration
+ Drive the adoption of digital tools, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance visibility and decision-making.
+ Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies such as automation, AI, and blockchain to future-proof the logistics network.
Stakeholder Management
+ Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and collaboration across functions.
+ Drive consistency in communication and reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
+ Translate complex data and strategic insights into actionable recommendations.
Scenario Planning & Risk Management
+ Lead scenario modeling for various market conditions, disruptions, and regulatory changes to develop contingency plans.
+ Assess geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory risks affecting the network; implement mitigation strategies to ensure resilience.
Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance
+ Ensure network design and operations comply with international, national, and local regulations.
+ Lead initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce the carbon footprint of the logistics network in line with corporate ESG commitments.
Team Development & Leadership
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
+ Ensure staff are trained and equipped to meet operational demands, maintain compliance, and respond effectively to challenges and changes in the logistics landscape.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
+ 12+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or business integration, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects and cross-functional teams.
+ Strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics practices, with the ability to bridge both functions for organizational alignment.
+ Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement within a multinational or complex logistics network.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across senior-level boards and diverse teams.
+ Ability to travel domestic & international

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
178,000-307,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
• The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. · Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. · Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). · This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
