    Seeking an innovative, self-starter with experience in automotive repair, diagnostics and problem-solving skills. Capable of researching common maintenance and mechanical issues leading to changes in methods and/or procedures. Possesses the ability to resolve mechanical issues and communicate solutions to repair shops. Potential employees are encouraged to generate original ideas to fix and address problems in the field.

     

    + Minimum 3-5 years automotive service, repair and diagnostic experience

    + Ability to lift 40-50lbs daily

    + Identify and develop best practices for diagnostic and repair processes

    + Basic understanding of electronic and electrical circuit operation

    + Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work to meet factory standards

    + Experience in diagnosing computer-controlled drive train components

    + The ability to detect potential problems with current products and those under development or consideration

    + Acute attention to detail

    + Effective communicator

    + Adaptable, flexible, proactive, able to take initiative and work multiple tasks at once
