    Position Overview:

    + The PFS Billing Supervisor participates as a member of the hospital's PFS team with planning, policy formulation, and administrative decision making with reference to the role, functions, and operations of the hospital's revenue cycle Collections team. The PFS Billing Supervisor assists the PFS Manager (or PFS Assistant Director) in overseeing PFS Collections staff and processes.

    All About You :

    + Associate degree or higher preferred.

    + 5 years Training & Experience in Medical Billing Management/Medical Terminology/ Customer service background/ Multi-task background preferred

    + Management or supervision of people and processes

    + Skills: Proficient typing and keyboarding skills required / Microsoft Word / proficient in Excel / spelling proficiency / legible handwriting / must be proficient in reading and speaking the English language / works well with the public / experience with medical terminology / prioritizing skills / math skills.
