Project Manager (Non-Technical)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager (non-technical) to lead cross-functional initiatives that support our strategic goals. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, reporting, and successful completion of multiple projects at once.
Our Project Manager works collaboratively with leadership, department heads, and subject-matter experts to ensure each initiative stays on track, meets its deliverables, and aligns with company objectives. If you excel at driving clarity, structure, communication, and accountability across teams, this role is for you. This position will be working onsite in our Sewell, NJ location, Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility as needed to support business needs, sales schedules, and customer demands. Occasional travel to customer sites or events may be required.
What You’ll Do
+ Define clear project goals, deliverables, and success criteria that align with organizational strategy.
+ Document project scope, boundaries, and exclusions; manage change requests as needed.
+ Build and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, tasks, and dependencies.
+ Track progress against deadlines and identify schedule risks early.
+ Lead regular status meetings and deliver clear reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
+ Maintain organized documentation and communicate updates consistently across teams.
+ Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies; manage issue tracking and resolution.
+ Use dashboards and project management tools to monitor progress across individual projects and the broader portfolio.
+ Conduct project retrospectives and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Work Environment
This role operates primarily in an office setting using standard office equipment.Occasional visits to warehouse or cooler environments (approx. 34°F) may be required.

+ Occasional bending, stooping, and light lifting (e.g., office supplies)
+ Ability to maintain focus and use various types of vision (close, distance, depth perception, color, etc.)
Qualifications
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
+ PMP certification
+ 3+ years of project management experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, or other tools used to track KPIs and manage projects
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with mergers & acquisitions, operational business processes, back office integration and transformation preferred
