Overview

We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for driving programs to enable our CG Commercialization (Marketing) organization to drive customer growth and adoption of our tax and financial portfolio of products. You will partner directly with the Commercialization group, aligning closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to plan and execute key marketing milestones. This position requires robust program management experience focused on brand, channel, and customer outreach, along with a proven track record of leveraging AI solutions to augment program capabilities.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will be accountable for establishing and maintaining the operational rhythm and governance necessary for high-quality, predictable and fast-paced execution of assigned programs.

+ **Define and Govern:** **Establish portfolio goals, governance structure, and operating rhythm to efficiently manage the program lifecycle.**

+ **Lead Execution:** **Execute programs by planning, developing solutions, resourcing, and creating and managing robust program plans.**

+ **Drive Alignment:** **Define and manage the operational rhythm to support dependency and scope prioritization across all cross-functional teams.**

+ **Proactive Risk Mitigation:** **Continuously identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and issues as they emerge to maintain program momentum and executive confidence.**

+ **AI Automation & Reporting:** **Develop standardized mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed about program health and risks in an** **automated fashion** **, utilizing AI/ML tools for tasks like reporting and resource forecasting.**

+ **Domain Expertise:** **Leverage deep commercialization/marketing domain expertise to quickly learn context and mobilize cross-functional teams to deliver targeted outcomes.**

+ **Partnership:** **Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders (Marketing/Commercialization, Product, Engineering, Data Science) to ensure effective program delivery.**

+ **Bring External Insights:** **Introduce and evangelize external insights and learnings regarding cutting-edge AI applications in program management.**

Qualifications

+ **10+ years of leadership experience** **in program management, overseeing multiple complex programs successfully.**

+ **AI Program Acumen:** **Demonstrated strategic mindset for integrating** **AI capabilities** **into program frameworks, with a commitment to continuous improvement.**

+ **Executive Influence:** **Exceptional influencing skills and outstanding communication abilities tailored for executive-level audiences, guiding and aligning senior leaders effectively.**

+ **Execution Leadership:** **Proven ability to rally teams around execution plans, clearly articulate challenges, and align executive teams on program outcomes.**

+ **Tooling Fluency:** **Comfortable and adept at utilizing enterprise tools including** **Slack, Smartsheet, G-suite of products, and Jira** **.**
