As our Operational Correspondence Lead, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to shape how we communicate with our members and providers. You'll lead a talented team and work closely with internal partners and external vendors to develop and deliver impactful correspondence strategies that support retention, engagement, and regulatory compliance.
This is a hybrid position with a 2-3 day in-office commitment. Additional in office travel may be needed based on business needs.
What You'll Do:
+ Lead with purpose: Manage a team of Coordinators and Associate Strategists, guiding them in developing correspondence that aligns with our business goals and resonates with our audiences.
+ Drive strategy: Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for engagement and ensure our communications support health plan products, programs, and services.
+ Innovate and improve: Streamline processes, boost productivity, and enhance cost-efficiency across all correspondence initiatives.
+ Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor member and provider responses, analyze market trends, and provide strategic input to keep us competitive and relevant.
+ Ensure compliance: Maintain alignment with federal and state regulations while managing vendor relationships to ensure quality and consistency.
+ Champion clarity: Deliver communications that promote understanding and highlight the value we offer to members and providers.
What You Bring:

+ The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye on detail and outcomes.
+ A collaborative spirit and a knack for building strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 5 years' experience with health care insurance products inclusive of health insurance operations, member communication and/or marketing materials development, and management of multiple initiatives.
+ Experience with Power BI highly preferred.
+ Experience with data analytics highly preferred.
+ Previous project management experience highly preferred.
+ Experience leading projects highly preferred.
+ Experience Launching new products highly preferred.
+ Ability to interpret CMS communication instructions when needed, reports and analyses to take appropriate actions and make problem-solving decisions pertaining to operational and business strategies or communications.
+ Demonstrated success in managing and building business and client relationships.
+ Demonstrated success of implementation of related projects.
+ Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, oral communication, presentation, interpersonal and research skills.
+ Will need to manage multiple tasks and projects and forge key relationships with internal departments, external vendors, and senior management as well as manage a staff of one or more.
