Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional to join our client's growing team. Our client is a managed service provider located in the greater Phoenix area, Candidates will be working in a NOC environment supporting multiple customers.
There are two open shift times, both of which operate on a 4/10 model amounting to 40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work one of the outlined shifts.
Wednesday - Saturday - 6:00AM - 4:00PM
Sunday - Wednesday - 12:00PM - 8:00PM

Skills and Requirements
3 years of professional experience working in a Desktop Support/Helpdesk position.
Experience resolving Tier 1 and Tier II tickets.
Comfortable working night shift positions. ServiceNow Experience
