Approved to roll out Box and finalize security program roadmap. Box is a cloud-based content management and collaboration platform designed for businesses. It helps organizations securely store, share, and manage files online while enabling collaboration across teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager with at least 5+ years of experience managing large-scale IT initiatives, including cybersecurity rollouts and enterprise SaaS deployments. This individual will coordinate with Box’s program manager and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and change management. This individual will implement the road map for the security program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Box rollout project, collaborating with internal IT and external vendors.

• Drive security program implementation, wrapping up assessments and executing roadmap.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.

• Apply Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies for project execution.

• Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves

• 5+ years in IT Project Management with major transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing cybersecurity rollouts and SaaS implementations, specifically with Box

• Strong people skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

• IT background prior to PM transition. Nice-to-Have:

• PMP certification

• Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods environments
