What you can expect
We are seeking a strategic and experienced technology leader to serve as the Head of IT Applications Engineering & Delivery.This role will lead the end-to-end System Design, Engineering, and Delivery of enterprise-grade Go-To-Market systems that power revenue growth across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success organizations.The ideal candidate will bring expertise in: Go-To-Market systems transformation, Salesforce Engineering, CPQ/CLM Engineering, Partner ecosystem engineering, AI Engineering based on AWS Cloud-native technologies.This leadership position focuses on enhancing seller and partner experiences while driving data-informed decision-making. The role requires a strategic combination of business acumen, technical depth, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders across global business units.

Leveraging Salesforce, Subscription Commerce, partner ecosystems, and emerging AI solutions for AI BDR/AI SDR, we deliver solutions that drive revenue growth and elevate seller and partner experiences. We work closely with cross-functional leaders to bring clarity, speed, and structure to complex go-to-market operations.
Responsibilities
+ Driving the Applications Engineering organization with deep ownership of system design, architecture, and engineering execution/scrums across global teams.
+ Leading end-to-end delivery roadmaps in partnership with senior leaders to build and scale systems supporting Sales, Compensation, Quote-to-Cash, Partner Management, M&A, and other core Go-To-Market capabilities.
+ Driving full-stack engineering from design to release, optimizing systems and automation across Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise apps.
+ Establishing engineering governance, technical standards, and delivery accountability frameworks to ensure transparency, predictability, and measurable business value.
+ Leading and mentoring a high-performing global team of solution architects and software engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and reliability
+ Translating complex technical and operational concepts into clear executive-level communications and present effectively in leadership and governance forums.
+ Enabling AI-driven automation and intelligent systems across Sales and Partner functions, collaborating on data pipelines that power analytics and performance insights.
+ Engineering scalable revenue platforms across sales, pricing, and deal management, extending leadership to M&A and data system integrations.
+ Leading full engineering lifecycle to deliver scalable, secure systems across Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise platforms, driving automation and workflow efficiency through cross-functional collaboration.
What we’re looking for
+ Hold a BS/MS in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems; or related field.
+ Have 20+ years of progressive experience in application engineering, systems design, multi-technology, AWS PaaS Platforms, enterprise applications, Go-To-Market systems.
+ Have demonstrated success leading large-scale initiatives across Agentforce, CRM, CPQ, PRM, CLM, MDM, CDP, and cloud-native architectures and engineering excellence.
+ Possess deep hands-on expertise with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud), AWS technologies, and Zuora CPQ/subscription billing
+ Own Have extensive understanding of modern Sales and Partner operating models—including quota & territory management, lead-to-cash, and incentive compensation.
+ Be a builder’s mindset for developing systems in high-growth environments, paired with a passion for frictionless seller and partner experiences through scalable automation.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$171,800.00
Maximum:
$375,900.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
