An employer is looking for a Connectivity Framework Specialist in Redmond, WA. The goal if this role is to empower TPMs to deliver predictable, scalable, and high-velocity programs by unifying intake, workflow automation, knowledge management, scheduling, visibility, tool integration, and governance into one connected operational ecosystem, enabling clear decision-making, faster execution, and zero dropped commitments.

Skills and Requirements
Jira Administration & Development: Workflow configuration, custom fields, screens, permissions, Jira Automation, JQL, REST API integrations, Advanced Roadmaps.
Confluence Administration: Space/page management, templates, macros (task & report), content structuring, Jira–Confluence linking.
Smartsheet: Gantt scheduling, dependencies, critical path, automated alerts, multi-sheet reporting, dashboard creation, Jira–Smartsheet Connector.
Dashboarding & Analytics: Jira dashboards, Smartsheet dashboards, KPI reporting, Grafana, SLA metrics, trend analysis, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker).
Integrations & Automation: REST APIs, webhooks, JSON workflows, ETL pipelines, Jira/Smartsheet scripting, automation platforms (Zapier, AWS Lambda, similar).
Data & Governance: Field standardization, permissions, naming conventions, process documentation, workflow change control.
Ability to go onsite 2-3 days per week Python or JavaScript scripting
AWS basics (API Gateway, Step Functions)
HTML/CSS for documentation customization
Experience with Slack - workflow Builder automations, channel structuring, app integrations (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, ticketing tools), notifications/routing, bot-driven intake.
