    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Lead Trader to join a boutique wealth management firm in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, this individual will focus on delivering comprehensive investment and financial planning support. Key responsibilities include executing trades and managing model portfolios through Envestnet and Wealthscape, developing and maintaining financial plans in eMoney Advisor, and collaborating with advisors to design tailored investment and retirement strategies. The role ensures accurate processing of transactions for annuities, mutual funds, and managed accounts, conducts portfolio reviews and rebalancing, and maintains compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards. Additional duties involve preparing client meeting materials, coordinating with custodians and product partners for seamless operations, and driving process improvements to enhance trading and planning systems.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience in the finance industry, ideally working within a registered investment advisory or brokerage environment

     

    - Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain promptly)

     

    - Proficiency with Envestnet, Wealthscape, and eMoney Advisor platforms

     

    - Strong knowledge of annuities, mutual funds, and portfolio management principles

     

    - Ability to obtain Texas Life and Health Insurance License within 90 days of hire

     

    - Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

     

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred

     

    - Experience most recently working as a Financial Advisor with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation
