• Software Engineer - C++, Unreal Engine

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Software Engineer to support one of our defense clients out of Warren, MI. This individual should be well versed in C++ and Unreal Engine 5 development.

    Responsibilities include:

    Software development / programming / testing (primarily, but not limited to, C++ and Python).

     

    Develop features to support ground vehicle simulations in support of various programs across the Army

     

    Support setup, development, and execution of simulation capabilities for Army programs.

     

    Evaluate and integrate third party vendor software into simulation environment.

     

    Work with contractor and other Government lab partners to develop simulation capabilities.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    2-5 years of experience as a software developer with Unreal Engine 5 and C++ expertise

     

    Local to Sterling Heights, MI area

     

    Strong communication skills

     

    Ability to work well with a team and independently AR/VR development experience
