About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst / Consultant who thrives on solving complex problems through data. This role requires a self-sufficient individual who can take ownership from problem definition to insight delivery – formulating hypotheses, pulling and analyzing data, and creating clear, actionable reports or dashboards to guide decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in SQL, comfortable working with large datasets, and experienced with both product and clickstream data, including Adobe Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Work independently to define problems, develop hypotheses, and test them using data-driven approaches.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple sources to uncover meaningful insights.
• Perform product and clickstream data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to interpret web and digital engagement metrics.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI or Looker to communicate insights effectively.
• Process and reconcile SKU-level data across multiple databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize SQL queries and data workflows for scalability and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders in a structured and impactful manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing analytical support for business initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level SQL skills with experience handling complex, large-scale datasets.
• Experience with at least one visualization tool (Power BI or Looker preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, or exploratory analysis.
• Proven experience with Adobe Analytics and clickstream data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, joins, and reconciliation across multiple data sources.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and test hypotheses using data.
• Demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient — capable of independently identifying problems, sourcing data, and delivering insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Experience with web analytics.
• Familiarity with ETL processes or data integration tools.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, digital analytics, or product performance analysis.
