    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Reliability Technician to support one of our Pharmaceutical clients in Chestnut Ridge, NY. The Reliability Technician performs reliability maintenance on facility, manufacturing, and packaging equipment with limited supervision. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, implementing preventive and corrective repairs, and identifying improvements to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality. The technician may train others on equipment setup and applies practical decision-making skills to solve problems effectively.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -5+ years of experience in HVAC, equipment maintenance, facilities repair, and/or setup

     

    -Experience in Utilities (purified water, compressed air, boiler, chilled water, electrical distribution, dust collection), Building maintenance, Fire suppression systems, HVAC (with certification) and General building & grounds

     

    -Proficient in 4 of the 5 areas: Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Mechanical, PLCs
