About the Role:
Provides general administrative, clerical support to departments within various business lines of the organization.
+ Performs general administrative and clerical tasks including but not limited to screening and routing phone calls, taking messages, and greeting customers in a professional and courteous manner, scheduling meetings, preparing, and distributing meeting agendas.
+ Prioritize and sort incoming mail, preparation of outgoing mail. Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
+ Assist with general clerical duties throughout the department and/or site to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and functionality.
+ Attend meetings, events, and other functions as applicable. Take and distribute meeting notes.
+ Coordinate travel and prepare expense reports.
+ Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
+ Perform and contribute to a team environment while completing individual tasks in a timely manner. May be responsible for specialized tasks or duties related to the respective department.
+ Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
+ May perform other duties as assigned.
About You:
+ High school diploma or GEDpreferred.
+ 3+ years' experience of administrative or clerical support required.
+ Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
+ Good organization skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances.
+ Ability to innovate, adapt and use discretion in challenging situations.

We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $22.61 - $26.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
