    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Journeyman HVAC Technicians** for projects located in and around **Cleveland, OH** . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $38/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Diagnostics, repairs and inspections of HVAC systems

    + Hanging duct work

    + Sealing and insulating

    + Running line sets

    + Setting up and install commerical HVAC units, furnaces and ac units

    + Wiring thermostats and controls

    + Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams

    + Performing system startups, testing functionality, and verifying proper operation

    + Performing routine checks, cleaning components, and lubricating parts

    + Identifying the root cause of system malfunctions

    + Diagnosing & fixing problems with electrical, mechanical and ventilation systems including faulty parts such as compressors or thermostats

    Requirements

    + Must have basic tools and standard PPE

    + Proven experience as a high-end HVAC technician

    + Ability to work independently without direct oversight

    + Strong problem-solving skills on site

    + Solid knowledge of various HVAC systems and components
