    Job Overview

     

    We are looking at for a part-time OT to join our growing team!

    As an Occupational Therapist you will be responsible to:  

    + Conduct a comprehensive assessment & evaluation using subjective and objective measures. 

    + Develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders.  

    + Provide quality treatments, actively progressing goals to achieve highest quality of life.  

    + Conduct screens and provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.  

    + Coordinate seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services.  

    + Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.  

    + Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.  

    + Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations.  

    + Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.
