Part-Time OT – Flexible Hours + Supportive Team

Greenvale, NY | 24 hrs/week | $45/hr

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide one-on-one outpatient occupational therapy to patients of all ages

+ Evaluate, plan, and implement customized treatment programs to restore function and independence

+ Fabricate custom splints as needed and adjust treatments to maximize results

+ Perform and document thorough patient assessments and progress notes

+ Develop and guide plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians

+ Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.

_All levels of experience are encouraged to apply and will train the right new graduate._

Qualifications

+ Occupational Therapist Program Graduate

+ NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible

+ Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid

+ Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)

+ Strong communication and patient education skills

+ Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

+ Sensory integration experience a plus
