    Job Description

    Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we're hiring a dedicated **_per diem_** **SLP** to help us build up our Speech Therapy Department at our two outpatient offices in **Mohegan Lake & Croton.** You will have full autonomy over your own caseload and can choose your own hours!

     

    **_Job Type:_** _Per Diem_

    **_Pay rate:_** _$60/hour_

    Responsibilities:

    + Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.

    + Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.

    + Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP

    Qualifications

    + Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible.

    + Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

    + Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
