In this role as **Service Executive, Tax Credits** , you will report to the VP/GM of Tax Credits and will be responsible for driving go-to-market/service strategy, including year end and other critical business initiatives. You will provide strategic focus to the BU's Service organization to ensure delivery of optimal service and improvement of overall client satisfaction and retention goals. You will establish and run initiatives that enable the front-line Service Teams to focus on the client while building processes, tools and playbooks.
You will need to be an engaging leader that provides leadership, strategic focus, and alignment with ADP standards to ensure exceptional experiences for our clients! This client focus is critical, and you will primarily engage with C-Suite and other client leadership.
We can’t forget that you will have strong facilitative leadership skills, change management, business/finance, process analysis, project management, and statistical analysis experience which is essential to success.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO:** Responsibilities
+ Oversee the Client Service Experience strategy and execution of specific client service areas such as journey mapping, process improvement, pricing, and compliance security throughout Tax Credits.
+ Designs and test ideas and initiatives coming out of client journey mapping, voice of client and voice of associate surveys, kaizens, and other sources
+ Drive business efforts to address emerging market demands and change product strategies to achieve competitive success.
+ Direct the identification, procurement and deployment of service technologies and business processes across the Comprehensive Services enterprise.
+ Manage, analyze, and improve key performance indicators for quality client experience.
+ Direct the identification, procurement and deployment of service technologies and business processes across the enterprise.
+ Collaborate with senior field leaders to develop strategies to maximize quality client experience, driving first call resolution, service levels and other key performance indicators leading to increased client retention.
+ Work on complex initiatives at a cross-business unit level to lead larger transformative innovation/ improvement initiatives.
+ Guide leaders in understanding and usage of quality and continuous improvement methodologies by establishing links between process management initiatives and business strategies and identifying and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
+ Drive new programs, process and systems throughout the business and validate outcomes.
+ Responsible for working closely with executive sales and service leadership to develop strategies that drive sales growth through process & product improvements.
+ Aligning the intersecting elements of sales, marketing, service, client success, and product to enhance the seller and buyer experience.
+ Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment to refresh and/or execute design, plan, implement and manage sales/channel enablement programs and initiatives.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:** Requirements
+ **This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office minimum). Candidates will sit in either our Florence, SC or Alpharetta, GA office and should have a proven track record of managing teams in a virtual and in-office setting.**
+ 12+ years’ experience in a client service or implementation organization
+ Exhibits Leadership Excellence, including identifying successful behaviors, ensuring the right talent in the right roles and a strong eye for talent acquisition building successful teams and leaders.
+ Proven ability and experience to develop and execute strategic business strategies.
+ Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, passion, professionalism, communication, and strategic business thinking
+ Collaborative team player who can adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes
+ Demonstrated skills in content development, workshop development and facilitation, program/project management, problem solving, and attention to detail
+ Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
+ Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and launch and manage programs with minimal supervision
+ Ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams
+ **Travel expected to be 40%-50%**
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
+ Experience noted above, OR
+ Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success
