Job Summary:

We are seeking a Production Technician I - Service Depot Repair Technician to join our team. This position involves diagnosing and repairing equipment while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Diagnose and repair equipment based on customer complaints and technical specifications.

+ Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment, including multimeters, to perform repairs.

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs, including written summaries of work performed and parts used.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer service.

+ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

+ High School diploma or equivalent required.

+ Training in electronics, computer repair, mechanical repair, or related hands-on experience preferred.

+ Experience in manufacturing, service technician roles, or mechanical/computer repair is a plus.

+ Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.

+ Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret customer complaints and technical documentation.

+ Good written communication skills for documenting repairs and parts used.
