    • **Shift:** 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

    • **Schedule:** Full-Time | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt

    Role Overview

     

    As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you’ll be responsible for performing diagnostic testing and quality controls, preparing reagents, and reporting results in accordance with established policies and procedures. You’ll oversee moderate to high complexity testing, maintain computer applications, and ensure equipment and supplies are properly managed.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform all diagnostic testing and quality controls

    + Prepare reagents and ensure accuracy in test performance

    + Report results following established laboratory policies and procedures

    + Conduct moderate to high complexity testing and review results

    + Monitor and maintain computer applications

    + Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment

    + Ensure inventory and documentation are up to date

    + Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

    + Exhibit professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service

    + Use and understand medical terminology

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Certification & Licensure

    + **Required:** State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

    • Education

    + **Required:** Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology or Related Field

    + **Preferred:** Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field

    • Experience

    + **Required:** Minimum of 4 months clinical laboratory experience
